Receive incoming calls from customers to provide quotes, place orders, and answer customer questions. Enter quotes and orders into our ERP system providing acknowledgements and delivery dates. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, with potential for overtime.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">Greet walk-in customers at the sales counter. Assess their needs, provide applicable solutions, quote various products, and process customer orders. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">Enter orders and quotes into ERP system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">Answer customer questions in person, on the phone, and via email.\u00a0 <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">Ensure all information including costs, sale price, delivery dates and products are entered correctly on order transactions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">Troubleshoot problems for our customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">Answer incoming calls and email requests from customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">Process customer complaints. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">Process invoices and prepare credits.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\"><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">High School diploma with at least 1 year of experience in customer service and order entry<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">Experience in a face-to-face retail sales and\/or customer service environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">Technical\/math skills (Mathematics\/Geometry)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">Strong computer skills required.
